Seretide 250 Inhaler(Fluticasone Propionate, Salmeterol) 

Seretide 250 is an inhaler made by Glaxo Smithkline and is used in the treatment of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. It consists of two salts in different sizes as Fluticasone propionate contributes 25mcg and Salmeterol contributes to 250mcg. Salmeterol is a long acting bronchodilator which works by relaxing the muscles in the airways and widens it. Fluticasone Propionate is a steroid whose function is to stop the release of certain chemical messenger that cause inflammation of airways.

Well, use this device carefully as it may cause some severe side effects if not used properly. Some side effects caused by this drug are Nausea, Vomiting, Respiratory tract infection, sore throat, increased heart rate.
